Safety & security FAQs.

Holding glass together, meeting standards, deterring break-ins.

Does safety film make glass unbreakable?

No film makes glass unbreakable — safety film holds the broken pieces together and resists penetration, reducing injury and slowing entry.

Does it meet safety standards?

We install films that upgrade existing glass to impact-resistance standards (BS EN 12600 Class 2B/1B) where required, specifying the right grade per location.

Does security film stop break-ins?

It won't make glass impenetrable, but it makes forced entry much harder and slower — often enough to deter an opportunist and buy time.

Is safety film visible?

Clear safety film is essentially invisible; the glass looks unchanged.

Can it be combined with solar or privacy film?

Yes — combined safety-solar and safety-privacy films give two benefits in one layer.

Do you offer blast-mitigation film?

Yes — heavy-duty blast-mitigation film, specified to your risk assessment, with edge-anchoring options to help retain the pane.
