Every Window Tint Company installation is backed by both a manufacturer film warranty and our own workmanship guarantee. Here's exactly what that means for you.
Our workmanship guarantee
We guarantee our installation workmanship for two years from the install date. If the film lifts, bubbles or peels due to how it was fitted, we'll re-do it at no cost to you.
Manufacturer film warranty
The films themselves carry manufacturer-backed warranties of up to 15 years for residential installations and up to 10–12 years for commercial, covering defects such as adhesive failure, delamination, excessive colour change and cracking. We only fit films from established manufacturers so this cover is genuine.
What's covered
Bubbling, peeling, delamination, adhesive failure, excessive discolouration and demetallisation under normal use, plus our workmanship. On approved film-and-glass combinations, manufacturer glass-breakage cover (thermal stress) may also apply — we confirm this in your specification.
What's not covered
Damage from abrasive or ammonia-based cleaning, physical damage or scratching after installation, pre-existing defects in the glazing, and normal wear outside the warranty period. We'll always advise on correct aftercare so your film lasts.
How to make a claim
Just contact us with your install date and a photo of the issue. We'll assess it, and where it's a workmanship or covered film fault we'll arrange a repair or replacement. We're local, so we respond quickly.
Your statutory rights
This guarantee is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
