When you submit a quote form, we collect your name, email, phone number (optional), postcode, and the project details you provide. When you visit the site, our hosting provider logs your IP address and basic browser metadata for security and analytics.
Why we collect it
Quote-form data is used solely to prepare and send your quote and to contact you about your enquiry. We do not use it for marketing, we do not pass it to third parties, and we do not sell it.
How long we keep it
Quote enquiries are retained for 24 months in case you return. After that, we delete the record. If you ask us to delete sooner, we will do so within 30 days.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal data. Email info@windowtintcompany.co.uk and we'll respond within 30 days.
