Is window film guaranteed?
Yes — our workmanship is guaranteed and the films carry manufacturer warranties of up to 15 years. See our Warranty & Guarantee page for what's covered.
How do I clean window film?
Wait about two weeks after install to cure, then clean with a soft cloth or squeegee and a mild, non-abrasive cleaner — no scrapers, gritty pads or ammonia on certain films.
Why is there slight haze after installation?
That's normal curing moisture and clears within a couple of weeks as it escapes through the film. Don't clean or pick at it during that time.
Can the film be removed later?
Yes — professionally installed film removes cleanly without damaging the glass, which suits rented and listed properties.
What does the warranty cover?
Typically bubbling, peeling, delamination, cracking and excessive colour change, plus our workmanship separately; approved film-and-glass combinations may include glass-breakage cover.
What if something goes wrong?
Contact us with your install date and a photo — as a local Scottish installer we respond quickly and put right anything that's covered.
