If your hardwood floor, sofa or curtains are fading where the sun hits, window film will make a big difference — because ultraviolet light is the main culprit, and film blocks 99% of it.
What causes fading
Fading comes mostly from UV, with contributions from visible light and heat. UV is the biggest single factor, and it passes through cloud, so it happens year-round.
What film does
All our films block 99% of UV, dramatically slowing fading of floors, furniture, artwork and stock — while keeping the room bright.
What it can't fully stop
No film stops 100% of fading, because visible light and heat play a smaller part. But cutting 99% of UV is by far the most effective single step you can take.
